Sadalbari SRL, the majority shareholder of Romcab Târgu-Mureș (stock exchange symbol MCAB), the manufacturer of fibre optic cables, has increased its stake following a series of share purchases totalling about 56,500 lei, according to calculations made by ZF based on data from a document published on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. On 4 January 2022, Sadalbari bought 5,759 shares at a weighted average price of 9.8093 lei per share on the REGS market of the local stock exchange, where small investors trade.
